Welcome to Auto Transport Pros. By accessing our website or using our referral service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Auto Transport Pros is a referral service. We connect customers with independent auto transport brokers and motor carriers ("partners"), each of which is licensed and insured. Auto Transport Pros is not a broker or motor carrier, holds no transport operating authority, and does not arrange, dispatch or perform vehicle transport. Full details are on our disclaimer page.

2. Quotes and Booking

Quotes are provided by the partner you are connected with, not by Auto Transport Pros. Figures shown on this website are general estimates and are not quotes. Whether and when a booking is confirmed, and any deposit it requires, are governed by the partner's own terms, which you should read before you agree to them.

3. Vehicle Condition and Preparation

The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is prepared for transport. This includes removing all loose items, personal belongings, toll tags, and disabling alarm systems. Personal belongings left in the vehicle are completely at the customer's risk and are not covered by the carrier's cargo insurance.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates are set by the partner and carrier and are estimated, not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, traffic, or mechanical breakdowns can cause delays. Auto Transport Pros is not liable for rental car fees or any other costs arising from transport delays.

5. Inspections and Damage Claims

You or your designated representative must inspect the vehicle at both pickup and delivery. All preexisting damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at pickup. Any new damage must be noted on the BOL at delivery before signing. Damage claims are made to the carrier and its insurer, under the terms of your agreement with the partner and the carrier. Auto Transport Pros does not handle or decide claims.

6. Payments

Auto Transport Pros does not charge customers and does not take payment for transport. Prices, deposits, accepted payment methods and payment timing are set by the partner that books your shipment and by the carrier. Auto Transport Pros may receive compensation from partners for referrals.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation rights and any cancellation or dispatch fees are set by the partner's terms. Confirm them before you book.

8. Limitations of Liability

Auto Transport Pros is not a party to any transport agreement between you and a partner or carrier. The partner and the carrier are responsible for the transport, including any damage, loss, or delay in transit. Auto Transport Pros makes no representation about the mechanical condition of any vehicle and is not liable for the acts or omissions of partners or carriers.
